Painting the monster amoire

This started out just a plain black piece of furniture. Black, black and more black. I started painting it in early October. Just finishing….my masterpiece!
How come you didn’t do the shelves to match outside color? I think that would have “finished” the piece nicely.
It looks great! You are so artistic – I love the gold leaf trim. And the flowers are beautiful and go so well with the ones your mom painted. Great job!
