i.m wondering if anyone has actually used the headboard, or any shabby chic furniture, because it says sour cream but it looks white. the ikea furniture is pure white && i want to make sure the whites will match
so basically, is the shabby chic furniture set white or an off-white color, && will it match with pure white furniture?
sorry about the long link… :/

No, it’s kind of a creamy slightly yellowish white. You might have to paint the dresser to match it. You don’t have to match all the furniture anyway — why not get the Hemnes in a different color? I don;t think the two whites will go together. IKEA white tends to be blindingly white.
I think the styles look nice together.
I don’t think your whites will match perfectly but I think that would add to the Shabby in the shabby chic of your room.
I say go for it!
I am more partial to my own creations using new or used doors. Buying from IKEA for the Shabby Chic look just doesn’t feel right.
